Location: Schifflände
Our first place at the old town (Schifflände) - here we started our history in running B&Bs in June 2001. We had a lot nice and happy guest at this place, we've got a lot compliments and we loved to live here and we still miss this house... 

Location: Falkenstrasse
Here all the 'Luxury' started. A bohemian house (Falkenstrasse) opposite the Opera with four guestrooms, equipped with all luxury possible - even DVD players and stereo systems were in the rooms. The view from the front rooms was breathtaking - onto the skyline of Zurich and the lake bassin. This contract was temorary - so we took to try this new segment of B&B and it was successful.

Location: Limmatquai
For a short time we had this nice studio (Limmatquai) - in the heart of the old town. Taking care was much work, because we were not living 'round. But our guests liked the private environment in this nicely decorated old town house appartement with all comfort possible. In the future we will offer studios again, where you have your privacy and don't need to share nothing with nobody, having your own facilities.

Location: Helvetiaplatz
Just for three months we were at 'Helvatiaplatz/Volkshaus' from April until end of June 2004. The rooms were nice, cozy but in a noisy surrounding. Every room had nice old woodn floor, stucco works, and a sink inside. It was hard to live here, as there's really a lot crazy people hanging around and to much police and everything...

Location: Konradstrasse
The former location #2 was open for a little more than two years - just behind the main railway station. Due to our higher standard at Schützengasse this location did not meet our expecations anymore - so we closed it in September 2005. Now there is just one iPR guesthouse in Zurich - with more rooms at a better comfort and standard.

Location: Letzigrund
At Herdernstrasse we had a longstay location next to the 'Letzigrund Stadion/1 min.) as an intermediate use of a premise until renovation begun.At this location we had mainly long term stays and it was Rosa's house when she were in Zurich.

Location: Schützengasse
From July 2004 until April 2009 the iPR guesthouse were located at Schützengasse - next to the main railway station (2 mins.) in the heart of the city and former office building. Constantly growing this site were highly recommended by business travellers such as tourists. The central location - 2 mins. from the main train station only - and it's closeness to famous 'Bahnhofstrasse'-Shopping and just next to the old town were what everybody is looking for. Since we moved out the site is still closed due to legal actions and most probably will never reopen again as a guesthouse.

Due to a site inspection of the construction department we have learned that all construction work done to prepare the object to rent to us were illegal. The site is closed now and the owner got the obligation to fulfill requierements to reopen as guesthouse/hotel again. We are not sure if someone will be willing to invest this money as the construction work done was of poor quality.

Location: Höschgasse
At Höschgasse we opened business in late spring 2009 - until end of September. The location were loved by travellers from all world who loved to be so next to entertainment, shopping and lake.

Location: Enge
At Alfred Escher-Strasse we offered centrally (Enge/Area 2) in the financial district located rooms who were loved by city fans and business travellers.This location closed March 31, 2010.
